WARNING! There was one version of SOS 'Coolview' that was shipped with 'floating-point' around bug. If building perl yourself - you'l get it when building first extension. (It's because miniperl would be already broken).
Latest version of Coolview has this bug fixed - Sergey provides cool support ;-).
Just in case you can get cygwinb19.dll from our site - YeP-perl Build 0 has been built and tested with this version.
